My pregnancy was smooth compared to my colleagues in office or my friends but it was not like they were all beyond 30s. Its said that 20s is the best fertility age or call it the best age to get pregnant , Also,Helps if you are planning to have multiple pregnancies then gives you gap between kids.But women in their 20s face challenges being a mother cause they are not too prepared emotionally and mentally to handle the responsibilities.

Pregnancy during 30s
Fertility certainly drops after 30s and acutely declines after 38.But For career-oriented women, the age of early thirties is also apt for having a pregnancy.Chances of miscarriage, or abnormal baby increase after 35.

Fertility for Women over 40
The risk of birth defects like chromosomal abnormalities rise with woman’s age. This might not be the best age to get pregnant but psychologically, women in their early 40s have plenty of experience that can help them raise a child. Emotionally, many women find that their thirties and beyond are a perfect time to get pregnant. But with age, they may expect more challenges, including increased fatigue, more frequent medical conditions, and an increased risk of birth defects.
Through the age 50, menopause begins to set in and it is extremely doubtful for a woman to get pregnant at this age.
Why do women prefer Late Pregnancy
Seeing the culture around Many are not ready for commitments, change of lifestyle and increase in responsibility.Also, they have personal goals, they need financial stability, and have career commitments which they don’t want to sacrifice .Sometimes the partner is not ready so agreeing over a mutual consent takes time considering each ones priorities.
After three years of our marriage, I was ready cause my career was sailing smooth and I knew the arrival of the baby won’t hamper it much.
Shall one be worried being an Older Mother?
The data shows that fertility declines after age. But also vast majority of women in their late 30s will be able to get pregnant on their own.
At home, couples should recognize that having sex at the most fertile time of the cycle matters enormously, potentially making the difference between an easy conception in the bedroom and expensive fertility treatment in a clinic.

Taking care of yourself early on may facilitate your getting pregnant, staying pregnant, and giving birth to a healthy baby. Eat a balanced diet, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and receive appropriate prenatal care.
